Bar Merchandise

Bar merchandise is a point-of-sale brand moment — the coaster under the beer is seen by every other table, the stubby holder at the BBQ travels home, and the branded pint glass becomes a keepsake. Budget should flow from exposure-per-dollar, not raw unit price.

Coasters are the workhorse at $0.30–0.80 branded — venues reorder in thousands annually. Rubber bar runners carry strong sponsor claim at $8–18 branded with 250+ MOQs. Branded glassware (pint, stein, pot, schooner, wine, spirit) turns consumption into brand display — order rotation-friendly quantities (500–1,000/size) because venues break and lose stock.

Stubby holders / koozies are out-of-venue brand ambassadors — they leave the pub and circulate for years. Neoprene base at $2–4 branded; screen print for 1–3 colours, dye-sublimation for photographic. Bottle openers reorder well at $1.50–6.

Branding per surface: screen print on neoprene/paper/fabric coasters; pad print on plastic openers; laser engrave on metal openers and stainless jiggers; ceramic-decal or direct-to-glass for dishwasher-safe pint glasses (specify this — cheap transfers fade after 20–30 washes). Lead times 2–4 weeks stocked, 6–10 weeks custom glassware moulds.
