Most cooler bag lines start at 50 units, and a handful of picnic baskets and larger coolers run from 5. The very cheapest compact bags carry higher minimums, up to 1000. Every product page shows its own figure, and the unit price steps down as quantity climbs.

Compact insulated reusable cooler bags start from $1.80 ex-GST at 250 units with a one-colour print. Lunch coolers and six-can bags sit around $3.15 to $5.30, with cotton totes and wicker baskets above that. The full range runs $1.80 to $157 AUD per unit. A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front.

Screen print is the workhorse: a crisp one- or two-colour logo on the front panel, economical at volume. Full-colour digital print handles photographic artwork and gradients. Cotton cooler totes take embroidery, which reads as a gift rather than a giveaway. The proof shows position and size on the actual panel.

They are built for hours rather than days. A lined six-can or lunch cooler holds drinks and food cold across an afternoon at the beach or a day under a desk, especially with an ice brick inside. Larger picnic baskets and twenty-four-can coolers hold temperature longer because there is more insulation and less air.

Every order. You receive a digital proof showing your logo at size on the chosen bag, with print position and colour calls marked. Nothing goes to production until you have signed it off, so a change at that stage is a simple reply rather than a reprint.
