Typical minimums per item: 50 drink bottles, 25 towels, 25 duffel bags, 100 headbands, 50 caps. Most clubs order across three or four items at once — combined volume usually lets us negotiate per-item minimums slightly lower than standalone orders of each SKU.

Yes. Body-colour Pantone matching is standard for drink bottles, headbands, towels and caps. For sublimation-printed items we match exact hex/Pantone in the print file; for dyed bodies allow a slight 5–8% variance in batch matching, which is standard across the industry.

Both. Embroidery suits polyester and cotton items (caps, duffels, polos) and lasts longer than print but has a 10k-stitch cost ceiling per logo — oversized logos are simplified. Print suits drink bottles and accessories. Sublimation is best for full-colour sport graphics.

3–5 weeks for stocked items branded locally in Australia. 8–10 weeks for full-custom kit (dyed bodies, custom lids, bespoke bag shapes) produced overseas. Sublimated apparel and headbands: 4–6 weeks including artwork proofing and pattern layout.

Yes. All stock Tritan plastic, stainless steel and silicone bottles are BPA-free and dishwasher-safe on the top rack. Branded decoration (screen print, pad print) is also dishwasher-safe; laser-engraved steel bottles are the most decoration-durable for high-wash-cycle clubs.

Yes. Size mix is standard — specify per-size quantities at order time. Most kits order XS/S/M/L/XL/2XL with 3XL/4XL on request. Minimum per size is 5 units for sublimated and embroidered apparel to justify setup time.
