Power banks remain the #1 requested category. Minimum spec in 2026 is 10,000mAh with USB-C in and out; anything below feels dated. 20,000mAh fast-charge models ($25–45 branded) work as premium executive gifts. Wireless chargers ($12–25) are standard desk accessories now and carry compliance risk — insist on Qi-certified and overheat-protected. Bluetooth speakers ($18–50) remain crowd-pleasers for team gifts and sport sponsorships. TWS earbuds ($25–60) are now mainstream — battery life should be 6+ hours and include USB-C charging case.

USB drives persist despite cloud storage because they're physical brand anchors on desks. Specify USB-C or dual USB-C/USB-A for modern laptop compatibility. 32GB minimum capacity, 64GB+ for premium feel. Avoid anything less than 16GB — feels cheap.

Cables, adapters and cable organisers fill the utility-gift gap at $4–12. Phone stands and pop-grips ($3–10) are excellent trade-show qualified-lead items.
